This album release is a celebration of 40 years of the existence and evolution of New Zealand's longest-running dark experimental performance project, Hieronymus Bosch, formed around 1985.. Their sound is a very personal one. Constantly drawing aural imagery from their own personal lives.Beliefs, fears and desires are all contained within the 'nightmare soundtracks'. Religion, Life and Death. War, chaos, death and fear. Spirituality, Art and the structure and complexities of the human mind all make appearances within the twisted Bosch world. The merging of the organic with the electronic. Nature vs Technology. Layering samples with movement. Frequencies and modulations with sounds of their own existence.
