Im Original 1985 vom britischen Label Sterile Records (geführt von Nigel Ayers der Nocturnal Emissions) veröffentlicht, war GLENNASCAUL ein Wendepunkt im Sound der KONSTRUKTIVISTS. Produziert von Chris Carter von Throbbing Gristle schlug man eine rhythmische, beat-orientierte Richtung ein, die man heute als Proto-Synth-Pop oder Ur-Elektro bezeichnen könnte. In Belgien nannte man das ganze Electronic Body Music. GLENNASCAUL ist DAS definitive KONSTRUKTIVIST-Album. Glenn Wallis einzigartige Vocals legen einen bedrohlichen Mantel über die Beats. Für diese erste CD Edition wurde das Album remastert und das original Artwork von TREVOR BROWN und NIGEL AYERS wiederhergestellt.
